Bidder Authorization Notice
Persons who purchase Real Property on or after October 1, 2003, will be required to furnish the Officers conducting the sale a copy of the written authorization from the Tarrant County Tax Assessor Collectors Office prior to a constables Deed being issued. To obtain this authorization you must go to the Tarrant County Tax Assessor Collectors Office 100 E Weatherford St. Fort Worth, Texas, Tarrant County Administration Building, first floor. There will be a cost of $10.00 to cover the cost of issuing the Statement. For Information about this process Contact the Tax Assessor Collectors Office at 817-884-1186. The amount of time required to obtain the statement will be approximately two (2) weeks, from request to issuance. BY VIRTUE OF ORDERS OF SALE ISSUED OUT OF THE COURTS IN THE CAUSE NUMBERS INDICATED, THE FOLLOWING REAL PROPERTIES ARE TO BE SOLD AT THE CONSTABLE'S SALE AT APPROXIMATELY 10:00 A.M. IN THE MORNING ON THE FIRST TUESDAY OF THE MONTH. The information reflected on the following list is for information only. This list includes cause numbers, account numbers, and attorney's offices. All sales are "as is", to the highest bidder on a "buyer beware basis". Any and all questions concerning these properties should be directed to your attorney before the sale.
